TOURNAMENT – Saturday, September 8, 2007 beginning
at 9:00 AM. A skill contest where lowest
score determines the winners.
See #3 Rules of Play for additional information. The tournament
will be held at Park Place Fun Center, 301 Park Blvd., Marion,
Va.24354 - Behind Wal-Mart.

ELIGIBILITY
–Players of all ages are eligible, a $20 entry fee is required.
PRIZES – All prizes will be awarded
at the conclusion of the Tournament, based on participant’s
scores with lowest score winning the Grand Prize. In case of
ties, prizes will be determined by a playoff of the tied
players.
3.
RULES OF PLAY:
This will be a single round competition for the 9 yrs. & Under and the 10 -15 groups and a Double Round for the 16 & Up Group The start will take place at or around 9:00 AM on Saturday, September 8, 2007.
Players will play in groups of 2-4
players and begin at a hole as designated by Park Place Fun
Center.
Players may use their own putters,
but must use golf balls provided by Park Place Fun Center.
Six stroke limit per player per
hole.
Entire group tees off, then on each
following shot closest to hole putts first.
A ball resting against bricks or
boulders may be moved one standard miniature golf club head
length (approx. 4 inches) away from the obstacle without
penalty.
No playing from out of bounds. A
ball leaving the putting surface must be put back where it went
out. One stroke penalty.
Ball hit by another ball is
returned to its original spot. No penalty to either player.
Park Place Fun Center reserves the
right to remove and disqualify players behaving in an unsafe,
unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Any questionable situations not
covered in these rules will be addressed by Park Place Fun
Center, whose decision shall be final.
Each participant agrees that Park
Place Fun Center and employees have no liability due to
entrant’s participation in the Tournament and acceptance and use
of any prize awarded. Participants and winners grant permission
to Park Place Fun Center use of name, likeness, photograph for
advertising, promotional and publicity purposes without further
compensation.
The value of any prize may be
taxable as income and each winner is required to comply with
applicable federal, state and local tax laws and is solely
responsible for payment of any tax due.
